The pen trimmer replacement heads kit comes with 3 trimming heads: Reciprocating Head, Ear/Nose Trimming Head, and the Detail Trimmer Head. Also included is a 2 position eyebrow trimming guide that easily attaches to the Detail Trimming head. These heads work great for trimming ears, nose, eyebrows, and facial hair. The heads will fit pen trimmer models 5640 and 5662.
